Happy Half Birthday Baby Boy

Maddox turned 6 months on February 27 and he is just a movin and a shakin. He now weighs 18 lbs 13 oz, is 27 inches long, eats stage 2 food, started to try drinking out of a sippy cup, creepin and making lots of noises. People said the first year would flash before our eyes and now i agree. It has been the most amazing 6 months of our lives and we love every second of it.

Maddox will be 6 months on Saturday and he is doing so much. His newest thing is doing baby pushups and trying to get his legs to move. He also rolls all over the floor but i did not get that in these videos.

Grant’s Amazing Race Birthday Party

Since most of this blog consists of Maddox, i figured id throw in some Party pics as well of us and our friends since it is our family’s blog and not just Maddox’s. We went down to Vegas for Grant’s birthday. Every year he has a kind of sweet 16 blowout and this year sure did live up to it. He put together an amazing race all over the Vegas strip which consisted of eating a 6 pound burrito (not alone, we were in teams of 5), taking shots, drinking bowls of booze and playing midway games. It was a lot of fun, but man, i didnt need a birthday party to remind me how out of shape i am in. It was a blast. Happy Birthday Grant.

Maddox is 5 months now and growing and changing every single day. Here are a couple of videos showing how big he is getting and the milestones he is hitting. He definitely does not like to sit still any longer and i have a feeling mommy and daddy are in for it.
